February 25, 2009Q: Do you offer any promotional discounts for your products?
A: Yes. Promo codes for discounts are available from time to time. Paying members of the inLIGHTin Workshop forum receive the best discounts. If you would like to join the inLIGHTin Workshop forum then you may do so by registering HERE. Other discounts are available to those on our mailing list. You may sign up for our mailing list by clicking HERE and going to the bottom of the page.
Q: How do I go about ordering your products?
A: When you see something that you would like to purchase then simply click on the “Add to cart” button. You should then see the product appended to your shopping cart that may be seen on the top right portion of the site. Clicking on the arrow allows you to expand or collapse the cart. When expanded, you should see your subtotal and a button that looks like this:

Clicking on the button in the shopping cart will prompt you to purchase via Google Checkout. It is safe and secure for you to purchase with confidence!
Q: How will I receive the items once they are purchased?
A: Your items will be available for download within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive an email with special download instructions. Please note that these download links are only valid for 72 hours so be sure to keep a copy of your downloads so you don’t lose them.
Q: I want to book a One on One Workshop with you. How do I know what days you are available?
A: Be sure to email me HERE to make all the necessary arrangements. It is helpful to have a handful of open dates ready when you call. It will be there when we will decide on a particular date, time and place that works for the both of us. Please note that the workshop tickets are non-refundable so be sure on what days you can attend.
