    Great DIY tutorial!! I’m makin one of these babies!!

    Since the 5 individual lights don’t have ground wires (green wire) I think you’re suppose to attach the green wire from the extension cord to a small green screw (provided in juntion box) that is mounted inside the juntion box. That way, if one of your black or white (load or common) wires were to come loose and touch the junction box, the breaker would trip and shut the whole thing down (which it’s suppose to do for safety).
